Shipping Policy

Free shipping to the United States

Every JoyChop order ships free to addresses in the United States. We currently do not ship outside the US.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak seasons, bad weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to show updates after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, or the tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our contact page and we'll help you resolve it.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
